About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end marketing strategy and performance for the Contrast Media portfolio
  • Lead annual strategic planning, operating plans, and long-range forecasting
  • Identify growth opportunities across segments to expand portfolio utilization
  • Lead commercial readiness planning for a pipeline contrast agent currently in Phase 2/3 clinical development
  • Define and execute integrated customer strategies across organized customers, HCPs, payers, and patients
  • Drive demand generation strategies, promotional campaigns, and channel optimization
  • Align and lead cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Training, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Legal
  • Monitor competitive activity, clinical trends, and evolving customer needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare marketing or commercial leadership
  • Experience managing direct reports and/or leading teams in a matrixed environment preferred
  • Experience managing large or multi-brand portfolios and driving commercial performance
  • Experience in hospital-based products and B2B marketing strongly preferred
  • Prior launch experience or involvement in pipeline commercialization planning
  • Proven ability to align diverse stakeholders and lead without direct authority
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior leadership
