About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action (RCCA) initiatives related to logistics and tool management issues.
  • Develop and maintain robust procedures for the management of field-returnable tools, including identification, tracking, and correction of defective or incorrect declarations.
  • Promote and reinforce a quality-oriented mindset throughout the Tool Operations organization.
  • Implement and maintain physical inventory checklists and standardized inspection processes for all tools in stock.
  • Be responsible for and coordinate the calibration process, ensuring an efficient flow between warehouse operations and external suppliers.
  • Manage the full purchase order process, from vendor contact to receipt and availability of tools in inventory.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable global regulations, policies, and internal controls related to tools and logistics.
  • Maintain continuous and effective communication with Field Engineers and Service Teams to meet operational needs.
  • Act as a strong liaison with Warehouse and Billing teams to optimize tool receiving processes and minimize cycle times.
  • Support data-driven decision-making and process improvement initiatives using analytical tools and reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard development and data analysis
