About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary customer contact, responsible for generating and closing business opportunities.
- Ensure a close, empathetic, and consultative customer experience during both pre-sales and post-sales.
- Develop and execute service sales strategies and equipment upgrade initiatives.
- Support the customer throughout the entire service lifecycle.
- Maintain constant and effective communication with customers and internal teams, primarily in writing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Engineering degree and professional license (cédula profesional).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and customer service.
- Experience in consultative selling, service, and post-sales support.
- Strong customer care skills and ability to provide close support.
- High level of empathy and communication skills.
- Advanced level of English.
- Strong organization, planning, and self-management skills.
- Adaptability to change and to different customer contexts.
- Results-oriented while maintaining a service focus.
- Availability and willingness to travel frequently.
