About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary customer contact, responsible for generating and closing business opportunities.
  • Ensure a close, empathetic, and consultative customer experience during both pre-sales and post-sales.
  • Develop and execute service sales strategies and equipment upgrade initiatives.
  • Support the customer throughout the entire service lifecycle.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Engineering degree and professional license (cédula profesional).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and customer service.
  • Experience in consultative selling, service, and post-sales support.
  • Strong customer care skills and ability to provide close support.
  • High level of empathy and communication skills.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Strong organization, planning, and self-management skills.
  • Adaptability to change and to different customer contexts.
  • Results-oriented while maintaining a service focus.
  • Availability and willingness to travel frequently.
