About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure sales results in the area of Pomorskie and Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship.
- Identify new clients and sell ultrasound products into different therapeutic areas such as Cardiology, Radiology, Women’s Health.
- Actively participate in the strategy for Sales and Marketing Communication towards the market.
- Report to the Ultrasound Sales Manager Poland.
- Achieve annual, quarterly and monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Develop long-term customer relationships and capitalize on opportunities that satisfy customer needs.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting for the region.
- Observe and report market development and ensure corrective actions if necessary.
- Attend conferences and trade shows to increase awareness of ultrasound products among physicians and hospital administrators.
- Provide feedback to the Marketing Department regarding trends and changes discovered during sales activities.
- Coordinate scheduling of clinical demonstrations and logistics of product evaluations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years of successful sales experience required preferably in a medical device environment.
- Knowledgeable of ultrasound technology (or Medical Imaging) and its applications in medical settings is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with customers and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational skills needed to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent judgment and decision making.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Self-motivated to work independently with little direct supervision.
