About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure sales results in the area of Pomorskie and Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship.
  • Identify new clients and sell ultrasound products into different therapeutic areas such as Cardiology, Radiology, Women’s Health.
  • Actively participate in the strategy for Sales and Marketing Communication towards the market.
  • Report to the Ultrasound Sales Manager Poland.
  • Achieve annual, quarterly and monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop long-term customer relationships and capitalize on opportunities that satisfy customer needs.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting for the region.
  • Observe and report market development and ensure corrective actions if necessary.
  • Attend conferences and trade shows to increase awareness of ultrasound products among physicians and hospital administrators.
  • Provide feedback to the Marketing Department regarding trends and changes discovered during sales activities.
  • Coordinate scheduling of clinical demonstrations and logistics of product evaluations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of successful sales experience required preferably in a medical device environment.
  • Knowledgeable of ultrasound technology (or Medical Imaging) and its applications in medical settings is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with customers and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong organizational skills needed to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent judgment and decision making.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Self-motivated to work independently with little direct supervision.
