Key responsibilities & impact

Lead development of AI-driven solutions including but not limited to: Designing RAG models, agent workflows, and multi-step reasoning models.
Build agentic automation solutions to streamline IT business processes.

Translate complex AI engineering concepts into actionable insights for business partners, supporting decision-making and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s with 5+ years, Master’s with 3+ years, or PhD with 0 years of direct AI/ML experience in industry with demonstrated success building and deploying enterprise-grade solutions at scale
Proven ability to apply AI to solve real-world problems in areas such as forecasting, pricing, customer analytics, sales planning, computer vision, and operational optimization.
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
expertise in the latest AI tools and platforms such as MCP, A2A, AWS Bedrock, AWS AgentCore, Azure AI Foundry
expertise in GenAI model development, AI Agent design and orchestration, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Transformers, Self-Supervised Learning, and LLM fine tuning.
Understanding of analytics practices relevant to commercial operations, logistics, inventory management, manufacturing, and finance.
Strong ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior executives.
Proven success working in cross-functional, hybrid, and virtual teams.
Commitment to ethical data science practices.
Willingness to travel for business meetings as needed.
