About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop pharmaceutical product promotion plans and programs.
  • Provide customer service and communicate pharmaceutical product information to healthcare professionals.
  • Assist healthcare professionals in the appropriate use of the company’s pharmaceutical products.
  • Collect and report clinical usage data and hospital needs regarding medications.
  • Conduct scientific/academic promotional activities in a legal and compliant manner, including but not limited to: 1) In-person communication with medical institution staff, including healthcare and pharmacy personnel; 2) Organizing and participating in local academic exchange meetings (internal/external), and hosting scientific meetings or lectures; 3) Communicating via internet or teleconference; 4) Other formats agreed with the medical institution.
  • Execute and complete promotion plans and programs within budget, subject to applicable regulations (if regulations change, you agree the company may amend this responsibility by written notice).
  • Maintain two-way communication between the market and the company, and uphold a strong corporate and professional product brand image.
  • Support business-related activities such as tenders, pricing strategy and reimbursement/medical insurance matters.
  • Implement promotion plans and strategies in accordance with the company’s overall policies.
  • Build and maintain commercial networks and customer relationships.
  • Assist your direct manager in collecting required promotional information.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by your direct manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Medicine, Pharmacy or a related field
  • Five or more years of experience in pharmaceutical promotion/sales
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Commercial acumen, customer-first mindset, and results-oriented
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills
