Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct demonstrations of the full range of products/services for prospects
Provide post-sale installation, training activities and/or customer service
Support the commercial objectives of the geographic area throughout the product lifecycle
Maintain the company's credibility with assigned and new accounts
Execute the clinical strategy
Manage customer sites, clinical sites and research sites
Ensure the clinical relevance of all new products
Actively participate in organizing user meetings and medical advisory committee sessions
Accompany client visits to reference sites as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Business education
Prior significant experience in a similar role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to influence others and lead small teams
Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Effective problem identification and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license required
English proficiency preferred
