About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action (RCCA) initiatives related to logistics and tool management issues
- Develop and maintain robust procedures for managing returnable field tools
- Promote and reinforce a quality-oriented mindset across the Tool Operations organization
- Implement and maintain physical inventory checklists and standardized inspection processes
- Be responsible for and coordinate the calibration process
- Manage the end-to-end purchase order process
- Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable global regulations
- Maintain continuous and effective communication with Field Engineers and Service Teams
- Act as a strong link with Warehouse and Billing teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2 years' experience in logistics or supply chain operations
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard development and data analysis
