About the role

  • Lead Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action (RCCA) initiatives related to logistics and tool management issues
  • Develop and maintain robust procedures for managing returnable field tools
  • Promote and reinforce a quality-oriented mindset across the Tool Operations organization
  • Implement and maintain physical inventory checklists and standardized inspection processes
  • Be responsible for and coordinate the calibration process
  • Manage the end-to-end purchase order process
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable global regulations
  • Maintain continuous and effective communication with Field Engineers and Service Teams
  • Act as a strong link with Warehouse and Billing teams

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in logistics or supply chain operations
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard development and data analysis
