About the role
- Responsible for meeting daily service repair needs of customer’s equipment
- Drive customer satisfaction through Service Excellence
- Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service repair needs on designated equipment
- Completing Preventative Maintenance and Field Modification Instruction
- Maintaining daily communications with customers for resolution and proper follow-up
- Conducting root cause analysis and utilizing escalation process for service delivery issues
- Participating in sales opportunities such as contract renewals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, Electrical Engineering or equivalent military education
- 2 years’ experience servicing electronic equipment or 3 years relevant experience with GEHC Field Service Engineer Apprentice Program
- High School Diploma/GED and 8 or more years’ experience servicing electronic equipment
- Experience interfacing with internal team members and external customers
- Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment
- Must be willing to meet customer driven Vendor Credentialing requirements
