About the role

  • Responsible for meeting daily service repair needs of customer’s equipment
  • Drive customer satisfaction through Service Excellence
  • Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service repair needs on designated equipment
  • Completing Preventative Maintenance and Field Modification Instruction
  • Maintaining daily communications with customers for resolution and proper follow-up
  • Conducting root cause analysis and utilizing escalation process for service delivery issues
  • Participating in sales opportunities such as contract renewals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, Electrical Engineering or equivalent military education
  • 2 years’ experience servicing electronic equipment or 3 years relevant experience with GEHC Field Service Engineer Apprentice Program
  • High School Diploma/GED and 8 or more years’ experience servicing electronic equipment
  • Experience interfacing with internal team members and external customers
  • Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment
  • Must be willing to meet customer driven Vendor Credentialing requirements
