Use technical knowledge to install, monitor, and customize clients' systems
Collaborate with Sales, Project Manager, Network Design and Digital services, customer IT and biomed
Ensure a client has a positive experience with the product
Assess existing infrastructure to support installation of new solution
Help customers and sales to proactively identify customer needs
Provide instruction to personnel on equipment operation, diagnostics, effective use, and repair
Supports engineering new product releases

Requirements

Associates degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in installing and configuring network equipment
Demonstrated experience with communicating and remediating networking infrastructure
Demonstrated experience implementing software in a network environment
Current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices
Understanding of cyber security vulnerabilities
Deep technical acumen in one or more healthcare modalities
Demonstrated ability to handle/resolve complex technical issues
