About the role
- Build, own, and execute the global product vision and roadmap
- Own and grow P&L through new product introductions
- Lead portfolio strategy, pipeline prioritization, and capital allocation
- Balance breakthrough innovation with sustaining engineering
- Establish and track KPIs
- Build and lead a world-class global product management organization
- Partner closely with R&D to guide end-to-end product development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or regulated healthcare industries
- Track record of leading large, cross-functional organizations
- Strong product management fundamentals, highly customer driven
- Curious! Eager to leverage new technologies to solve customer problems
- Able to travel globally, at times greater than 70% as required
