About the role
- Define a comprehensive service strategy covering multiple offerings
- Own the complete life-cycle management from start to finish
- Lead the PRD process to ensure timely execution of the upstream and downstream activities
- Ensure that the solutions are scalable, sustainable, fault tolerant, and within operational cost budgets
- Track service program outcomes through established metrics
- Work closely with Program Manager, Product Manager, and regional teams to define strategy
Requirements
- Experienced Service Design Leader (5+ yrs)
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM Majors
- Deep technical understanding of software service offerings and life cycle management
- Experience with defining requirements, flow-down, verification & validation, and traceability
- Awareness on complex medical software deployments such as EMR or PACS
- Understands Medical Device Software Design Principals, requirements for meeting various country regulatory clearances
