Key responsibilities & impact

Define a comprehensive service strategy covering multiple offerings
Own the complete life-cycle management from start to finish
Lead the PRD process to ensure timely execution of the upstream and downstream activities
Ensure that the solutions are scalable, sustainable, fault tolerant, and within operational cost budgets
Track service program outcomes through established metrics
Work closely with Program Manager, Product Manager, and regional teams to define strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experienced Service Design Leader (5+ yrs)
Bachelor’s degree in STEM Majors
Deep technical understanding of software service offerings and life cycle management
Experience with defining requirements, flow-down, verification & validation, and traceability
Awareness on complex medical software deployments such as EMR or PACS
Understands Medical Device Software Design Principals, requirements for meeting various country regulatory clearances
