About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead execution of SIHREN and special project service strategies, ensuring timely delivery, high availability, and compliance with service KPIs.
- Work in close coordination with the service provider to ensure on‑time project execution, proactive issue resolution, and adherence to SLAs.
- Build and implement productivity strategies to reduce material consumption, optimize resource allocation, and improve labor efficiency.
- Drive high uptime performance to avoid penalties and ensure contractual commitments are met.
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends, drive operational rigor, and enable continuous improvement.
- Build, train, and nurture a dedicated direct GEHC Field Engineer team to support SIHREN and special project requirements.
- Act as the primary escalation point for technical and operational issues across SIHREN and special projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering, Biomedical Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of imaging service experience and 5+ years leading service operations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and customer management skills.
- Preferred Master’s degree or MBA.
- Proven experience driving productivity, operational transformation, and large‑scale service initiatives.
- Inclusive leadership style with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
