- Drive GE HealthCare's Care Alliance approach and deliver value through long-term partnerships
- Lead and direct all strategic initiatives
- Manage project management workstreams and contract delivery
- Partner closely with account executives and cross-functional teams
- Establish governance structures and oversee integrated steering committees
- Develop and lead project plans, establish risk management plans
- Drive all elements of the value model and align with goals and targets
- Set up performance measurement structure and provide project status updates
- Lead change management initiatives across project teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Healthcare
- Solid business, operational and financial acumen
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven record in developing strong customer relationships
- Excellent networking, facilitation, negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in communication with all levels of internal and external organizations
- Experienced in leading and influencing cross-functional and customer teams
- Experience with managing resources or horizontal leadership
