Key responsibilities & impact

Drive GE HealthCare's Care Alliance approach and deliver value through long-term partnerships
Lead and direct all strategic initiatives
Manage project management workstreams and contract delivery
Partner closely with account executives and cross-functional teams
Establish governance structures and oversee integrated steering committees
Develop and lead project plans, establish risk management plans
Drive all elements of the value model and align with goals and targets
Set up performance measurement structure and provide project status updates
Lead change management initiatives across project teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Healthcare
Solid business, operational and financial acumen
Strong analytical skills
Proven record in developing strong customer relationships
Excellent networking, facilitation, negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in communication with all levels of internal and external organizations
Experienced in leading and influencing cross-functional and customer teams
Experience with managing resources or horizontal leadership
