About the role

  • Provide leadership and subject-matter expertise across post-sales customer lifecycle for enterprise imaging solutions.
  • Oversee a team delivering workflow assessments, configuration, training, reporting builds, and go-live support for radiology and cardiology departments.
  • Drive customer success, adoption, and outcomes through effective delivery of digital implementation services.
  • Own workflow, configuration, and application deliverables throughout the full lifecycle of assigned projects.
  • Partner with customers to understand clinical and operational needs and conduct workflow assessments.
  • Ensure readiness for go-live, including training and validation; support post-go-live check-ins to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of workflow experts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and at least 4 years of experience in Services and/or Digital Implementation Services.
  • Associate's degree and at least 6 years of experience in Services and/or Digital Implementation Services.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Proven ability to lead programs and projects.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Established project management skills.
  • Experience in radiology or cardiology imaging workflows, reporting, PACS/VNA, DICOM/non‑DICOM management, or clinical informatics preferred.
  • Experience mentoring or managing clinical or technical implementation specialists.
