About the role
- Co develop and manage CX strategy, operating model, and standard work
- Establish repeatable methods for insight generation that scale across programs and customer engagements
- Ensure consistency, rigor, and traceability from insight to experience direction
- Partner with Marketing to define and evolve clinician and care team segmentation models
- Concept and analyze insight participant audiences to ensure representation across roles, settings, and workflows
- Optimize recruitment, engagement, and longitudinal participation of clinical partners
- Serve as the lead for tracking and managing research requests and the clinical insights calendar
- Coordinate insight activities across partnerships, marketing, product, and innovation teams
- Balance demand, capacity, and strategic priorities to maximize impact and minimize redundancy
- Plan, conduct, and analyze clinical insights activities including interviews, contextual inquiry, workshops, and field engagements
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear themes, opportunities, and experience implications
- Maintain high standards for clinical credibility, ethical engagement, and data integrity
- Lead user story and insight translation workshops to bridge clinical findings into technical and product requirements
- Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure insights are actionable and testable
- Plan and execute insight driven events and activities (e.g., customer visits, co creation sessions, validation workshops)
- Support innovation programs and pilots with timely, targeted clinical input
- Track outcomes and continuously refine insight approaches based on impact and learning
- Shapes how clinical insight informs digital and AI enabled healthcare solutions
- Influences product strategy, experience design, and innovation priorities
- Improves speed, quality, and confidence in decision making by grounding teams in real clinical needs
Requirements
- Master’s degree in clinical sciences, human factors, health research, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience in healthcare
- Minimum of 5 years working with KOL clinicians and care teams
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience building digital health and AI enabled solutions
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience leading clinical, user, and/or applied research in healthcare environments, including investigating clinical and operational workflows
- Exceptional fluency in taxonomy, medical terminology, and medical semantics
- Demonstrated ability to translate qualitative insights into structured requirements and user experience direction
- Experience facilitating user story workshops and cross functional working sessions
- Ability to travel both local and global up to 20%
