About the role

  • Act as the primary contact between GE Healthcare and the customer on all activities related to installation
  • Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity during the installation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve issues which might impact customer satisfaction and GE operational targets
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and services teams while owning the project management and implementation process for GE Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and two or more years of project management experience; or an associate degree and minimum five years of Project Management experience.
  • Minimum two years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing and able to travel regularly including overnight when required.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience working in a clinical environment and familiarity with GE Healthcare products.
  • Proficient with design tools such as AutoCAD and Magic Plan.
  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Six Sigma certification.
