About the role
- Act as the primary contact between GE Healthcare and the customer on all activities related to installation
- Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity during the installation
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Identify, escalate, and resolve issues which might impact customer satisfaction and GE operational targets
- Work cross-functionally with sales and services teams while owning the project management and implementation process for GE Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and two or more years of project management experience; or an associate degree and minimum five years of Project Management experience.
- Minimum two years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing and able to travel regularly including overnight when required.
- Demonstrated customer service experience working in a clinical environment and familiarity with GE Healthcare products.
- Proficient with design tools such as AutoCAD and Magic Plan.
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Six Sigma certification.
