About the role

  • Define the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the Body Composition portfolio, including hardware, software, digital analytics, and service offerings.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs across clinical, wellness, and longevity segments to guide product direction and prioritization.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities—including metabolic health, obesity management, preventive care, sports performance, and wellness coaching—to drive portfolio expansion and revenue growth.
  • Lead market segmentation, competitive analysis, and opportunity sizing to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with regional commercial leaders to build and execute market development strategies that accelerate adoption in emerging and non-traditional markets.
  • Shape the value proposition and messaging for body composition insights, emphasizing improved outcomes, personalized health journeys, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with clinicians, wellness operators, longevity centers, researchers, and key opinion leaders to gather insights and validate product concepts.
  • Conduct customer discovery, ethnographic research, and voice-of-customer programs to uncover unmet needs and emerging trends.
  • Develop strategies to expand body composition adoption in health & wellness, concierge medicine, corporate wellness, fitness, and digital health ecosystems.
  • Support the creation of clinical and economic evidence demonstrating the value of body composition insights for improving patient outcomes and wellness engagement.
  • Translate customer insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and specifications for engineering and design teams.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, clinical, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, and service teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure product designs meet regulatory requirements and align with global market needs.
  • Partner with marketing to develop positioning, messaging, sales enablement tools, and launch plans for new products and features.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the Body Composition portfolio, including new product introductions, enhancements, and end-of-life strategies.
  • Optimize product configurations, pricing, and packaging to maximize profitability and customer value.
  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with digital health platforms, wellness ecosystems, AI analytics companies, and complementary technology providers.
  • Build and maintain strategic collaborations that enhance the value of our body composition insights and expand market reach.
  • Define and track KPIs related to product adoption, customer engagement, market penetration, and financial performance.
  • Monitor competitive dynamics and adjust strategy to maintain a market leadership position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, product marketing, medical devices, digital health, wellness technology, or related fields
  • Experience working in regulated healthcare environments or adjacent wellness/fitness markets
  • Team oriented with proven ability to work well with global and cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States full-time.
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (desired)
  • Experience in body composition, metabolic health, digital health, or wellness technology (desired)
  • Strong understanding of body composition measurement technologies (desired)
  • Customer-facing experience in sales, clinical applications, marketing, or product commercialization (desired)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market with both clinical and consumer-facing dynamics (desired).
