About the role

  • Analyze, design, and optimize clinical workflows within Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), and Cardiology Information Systems (CVIS) to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide relevant pre-sales demonstration and presentation support as needed.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and IT stakeholders to design, document and translate user needs into functional specifications for application configuration, upgrades, and testing, e.g., hanging protocols, DICOM routing.
  • Support solution go-lives and assist in monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting imaging systems.
  • Ensure accuracy, security and integrity of patient image and reporting data, compliantly.
  • Facilitate integration of imaging applications with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to ensure seamless data flow and improve clinical decision-making.
  • Seek to become trusted advisors to our customers, across their enterprise imaging ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare informatics, radiology, cardiology, digital pathology or equivalent.
  • Some relevant experience in relevant imaging informatics solutions.
  • Experience with EHR, EMR, RIS, PACS, CIS systems such as those from Epic, Cerner, or other clinical middleware.
  • Proven experience in human factors, user experience-led design, and design thinking workshops.
  • Clinical certifications or experience with a background in healthcare operations a big plus.
  • Experience with preferably, cloud-native solutions for radiology and cardiology is a big plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working cross functionally with support analysts, application engineers, and cloud operations team members.
  • Attention to detail, concern for quality, good process, documentation, and SOP adherence discipline.
