About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze, design, and optimize clinical workflows within Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), and Cardiology Information Systems (CVIS) to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Provide relevant pre-sales demonstration and presentation support as needed.
Collaborate with clinicians and IT stakeholders to design, document and translate user needs into functional specifications for application configuration, upgrades, and testing, e.g., hanging protocols, DICOM routing.
Support solution go-lives and assist in monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting imaging systems.
Ensure accuracy, security and integrity of patient image and reporting data, compliantly.
Facilitate integration of imaging applications with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to ensure seamless data flow and improve clinical decision-making.
Seek to become trusted advisors to our customers, across their enterprise imaging ecosystem.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare informatics, radiology, cardiology, digital pathology or equivalent.
Some relevant experience in relevant imaging informatics solutions.
Experience with EHR, EMR, RIS, PACS, CIS systems such as those from Epic, Cerner, or other clinical middleware.
Proven experience in human factors, user experience-led design, and design thinking workshops.
Clinical certifications or experience with a background in healthcare operations a big plus.
Experience with preferably, cloud-native solutions for radiology and cardiology is a big plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and experience working cross functionally with support analysts, application engineers, and cloud operations team members.
Attention to detail, concern for quality, good process, documentation, and SOP adherence discipline.
