About the role

  • Develop and execute proposal strategies and sales agreements.
  • Design deal structures, pricing, and proposal development.
  • Support customer negotiations.
  • Collaborate with functional partners to identify new opportunities to develop products and services that drive business growth.
  • Use Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve the proposal process.
  • Apply deep knowledge of sales domains, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer bases—both your own and others’—and use analytical thinking and business experience to implement policies/strategies.
  • Exercise judgment and the ability to propose alternative solutions outside established parameters to address more complex day-to-day issues related to projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers.

Requirements

  • This role requires substantial experience in the field.
  • Education level equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or a high school diploma with commensurate work experience).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
  • Lead programs of moderate scope and impact.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
  • Effective problem identification and resolution skills.
  • Reliable analytical and organizational capabilities.
