- Lead Product Quality & CSO Ownership
- Oversee containment, root-cause analysis, and development of sustainable corrective actions.
- Provide clear, consistent updates to leadership and partner teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Foster collaborative operating rhythms that support accountability while encouraging shared problem-solving.
- Lead complex product investigations using your MR system knowledge to analyze field performance and identify technical issues.
- Work closely with engineering, service, manufacturing, and product design teams to develop effective solutions.
- Identify systemic issues and emerging trends, transforming field learnings into actionable design or process improvements.
- Contribute insights that influence product enhancements and help ensure strong product performance in the field.
- Develop and enhance lifecycle engineering processes that support efficient CSO management, strong documentation practices, and effective cross-functional communication.
- Support and mentor junior engineers by sharing best practices in troubleshooting, investigation rigor, and lifecycle engineering methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Biomedical Engineering—or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of engineering experience working with complex system environments.
- Demonstrated MR system knowledge, including troubleshooting and subsystem-level understanding.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with GE MR products, diagnostics, or service workflows.
