About the role

  • Supports the Patient Care Solutions (PCS) segment within GE HealthCare.
  • Serves as a strategic finance partner to the Program Management Office (PMO) and finance organization.
  • Facilitates direct P&L cost estimates across multiple teams.
  • Partners with PCS Technology and PCS Product Management teams to ensure alignment with financial targets.
  • Regularly prepares and presents financial insights to segment leadership.
  • Provides people leadership for one financial analyst.
  • Advises on investment planning across the portfolio.
  • Partners with program management and engineering teams to track spend and identify risks.
  • Drives change management within the finance organization.
  • Manages the review and approval process for purchase orders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive corporate finance experience.
  • Deep expertise in product and program finance.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering cross‑functionally with FP&A, regional finance, supply chain, engineering, product, and program management teams.
  • Proven ability to manage large‑scale operational and investment spend.
  • Experience providing financial oversight for complex operational issues.
  • Track record of process optimization and change management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and executive‑level presentation skills.
