About the role

  • Assess current-state technology ecosystems, workflows, and operational performance across Care Alliance delivery tools.
  • Identify inefficiencies, variation, and integration barriers.
  • Analyze systems to uncover opportunities for Care Alliance execution standardization and optimization.
  • Translate execution requirements into integrated technology solutions.
  • Participate in implementation planning and change management.
  • Collaborate with Care Alliance account community and enterprise team stakeholders.
  • Support integration across people, process, and technology.
  • Assist with troubleshooting system, workflow, and integration challenges.
  • Maintain documentation of configurations, updates, and workflows.
  • Prepare concise reports for leadership and customer stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years in IT systems analysis or healthcare technology operations.
  • Proficiency with IT management tools and data visualization, preferred experience in Smartsheet and Sharepoint technology.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
