About the role

  • Deliver on KPI’s around cost out, payment terms, risk, contracts, rationalization, and strategy
  • Lead supplier annual negotiations, RFI/RFP execution and work cross functionally on design change ideas
  • Create and execute category strategy for sub-technologies & supply base working with GEHC Component Engineering
  • Provide Industry Market Intelligence based on analysis of lead indices
  • Support quality and fulfillment business needs as they arise

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum 7 years experience in Engineering, Sourcing, Operations or Supply Chain
  • Excellent business/financial acumen
  • Ability to act as business partner through horizontal teams
  • Ability to drive long strategic partnerships with suppliers
  • Demonstrated experience in optimizing supplier base performance
  • Electronic Component Sourcing or Component Engineering experience
  • Established project management skills
