About the role
- Set up and maintain remote connectivity for GEHC Imaging and Ultrasound systems at customer sites
- Provide technical troubleshooting support to both internal and external customers
- Configure and maintain GEHC VPN routers
- Troubleshoot TLS connections
- Manage multiple simultaneous tasks/projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience or Associate’s degree and 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Security or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and effective decision-making capabilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
