Leverage deep technology, process, and domain expertise to lead execution across multiple interdependent projects within a program.
Partner with business stakeholders, functional leaders, and technology leadership to define program objectives, scope, and expected outcomes.
Develop and maintain a multi-phase / multi-release program roadmap aligned to measurable outcomes.
Build and organize cross-functional project teams using internal and external technical/functional experts based on scope, budget, and timeline needs.
Provide clear, timely stakeholder communications and progress reporting across multiple organizational levels, including senior leadership and executives.
Ensure quality of deliverables is validated and meets stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience)
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in technical program/project management, engineering delivery, or related roles (U.S. roles)
Proven experience applying project/program management methodologies to deliver measurable business value and drive enterprise change
Strong knowledge of project, program, and portfolio management methodologies with demonstrated success implementing shared standards across large organizations
Experience managing program budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and spend governance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Project management certification(s) preferred: PMP , Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) , or equivalent.
