About the role

  • Develop, implement, and manage GE HealthCare's export and sanctions compliance program
  • Design, implement, and maintain export and sanctions compliance programs
  • Lead ITC support for expansion of trade compliance automation
  • Collaborate closely with legal counsel and other internal departments
  • Act as ITC lead on global cross-functional team projects
  • Provide oversight to export licensing and classification programs
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive export compliance training programs
  • Conduct regular risk assessments of global operations
  • Represent the company in discussions with government agencies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in export compliance
  • Strong emphasis on U.S. export regulations (EAR, OFAC)
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. export control regulations
  • Proven expertise in commodity classifications, ECCN determinations
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
