About the role

  • Conduct Site Assessments to validate feasibility with GE HealthCare standards.
  • Provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders for site planning.
  • Address design and installation issues and lead project follow-up meetings.
  • Collaborate with HPM COE and Shared Services teams.
  • Execute site tests and feasibility assessments as required.
  • Prepare preliminary site drawings and high-quality planning documents.
  • Maintain full ownership of the project lifecycle from feasibility to application completion.
  • Provide technical and logistical assistance to the logistics team.
  • Establish site readiness timelines and monitor progress.
  • Supply timely updates to support production and project execution.
  • Complete and manage internal systems and workflow processes effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain site and project reports.
  • Participate in operational reviews and related mechanisms.
  • Maintain updated project data and files in PMI tools.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and EHS standards.
  • Promote and enforce EHS policies during construction projects.
  • Lead helium calculations for MRI projects and support RF shielding activities.
  • Drive simplification initiatives and continuous improvement programs focused on quality, cycle time, and cost optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, Engineering or Architecture.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven project management experience in building or construction projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong ability to interpret technical construction drawings.
  • Solid understanding of site planning and installation processes for medical imaging equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and local language.
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B).
