About the role

  • Support the creation of employer brand content, including basic graphic design, copywriting, and light video editing.
  • Assist with drafting and updating content for social posts, email communications, internal toolkits, and campaign assets.
  • Help quality-check (QA) employer brand content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance before publication.
  • Support day-to-day management of employer brand social content, including scheduling, publishing, and basic community engagement.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement trends, escalating questions or issues as needed.
  • Assist with paid media campaign setup and execution, including asset coordination, tracking links, and creative QA.
  • Support reporting on employer brand initiatives, campaigns, and content performance.
  • Assist with ongoing updates and enhancements to the careers site, including content refreshes and campaign support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated interest in marketing, branding, communications, or digital media.
  • Proven teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proven attention to detail.
