About the role

  • Drive the end-to-end operational strategy for a large cross-functional team
  • Architect a hybrid support ecosystem
  • Oversee the strategy and optimization of "Hive"
  • Facilitate quarterly "Look Back / Look Forward" reviews with leadership
  • Serve as the primary owner of the platform’s success metrics
  • Own the program strategy for platform lifecycles
  • Manage and mentor direct reports and act as the primary advocate for the platform across GE HealthCare

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or related field
  • 10+ years in Technical Program Management, Platform Operations, or Design Operations
  • Specific experience leading Design Systems, Platform teams, or Developer Tools
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
