- Client-facing individual responsible for the delivery of consultancy services
- Champion customer clinical and operational outcomes
- Ensure customers fully realize the value of our monitoring ecosystem
- Optimize workflow adoption, drive clinical effectiveness, reduce alarm fatigue
- Enable continuous, data-driven patient oversight through proactive partnership and strategic engagement
- Develop and integrate knowledge across commercial, operational, and customer domains
- Maintain strong awareness of healthcare industry trends, consolidation dynamics, and competitive pressures
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree OR high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
