About the role
- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve quota and growth targets across a diverse geography.
- Engage with NICU and Labor & Delivery leaders, Neonatologists, OB/GYNs, Perinatal Directors, and C-level Biomed/IT stakeholders.
- Drive competitive conversions and expand GEHC’s footprint in maternal and infant care technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Patient Monitoring PSS, Clinical Applications, Strategic Director, Enterprise Account Managers (ECS), and Service/Project Managers.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline, leveraging clinical wins, strategic selling, and long-standing customer relationships.
- Navigate complex buying processes and align GEHC solutions to evolving maternal and neonatal care priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree & 5 years of experience; OR High School Diploma/GED & 8 years of experience; OR Bachelors Degree & a graduate of GE HealthCare CLP
- Demonstrated experience presenting complex information both verbally and written to decision makers.
- Must live in the territory and be willing to travel within the territory.
