About the role

  • Responsible to develop innovative solutions to deliver Customer outcomes and drive growth while managing company risk/reward
  • Lead commercial financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis while supporting regional sales / commercial teams.
  • Develop specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field.
  • Serve as best practice/quality resource and contribute towards strategy and policy development.
  • Drive commercial finance reporting automation leveraging PBI, Global & region dashboard.
  • Support the region commercial team to drive collection and Past Due reduction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration with at least 9 years finance leadership experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Established project management skills.
