About the role
- Develop and execute proposal strategies and sales agreements
- Define deal structures, pricing, and lead proposal development
- Support client negotiations
- Collaborate with functional partners to identify new opportunities for developing products and services that drive business growth
- Improve proposal processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Leverage deep knowledge of sales domains, product lines, markets, sales processes, and customer segments—both personal and across the organization—and apply analytical thinking and commercial experience to implement policies and strategies
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Education equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or a high school diploma with equivalent relevant work experience)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective problem identification and resolution skills
- Reliable analytical and organizational abilities
