About the role

  • Driving direct sales in hospitals and non-hospital space to maximize revenue growth for the Ultrasound business for GE Healthcare
  • Developing new and managing existing relationships in clinical target areas of Radiology, Breast, and Vascular Imaging
  • Collaborating closely with GE counterparts, Account Executives, Service Sales, Healthcare Finance, Imaging Account Managers and other Ultrasound Product Sales Specialists
  • Partnering with Clinical Specialist to demo equipment, coordinate go live applications training, and ensure ongoing customer education and satisfaction
  • Interfacing with Marketing and Engineering to share customer feedback supporting product enhancements and designs
  • Coordinating direct sales efforts in hospitals and non-hospital arenas
  • Supporting sales demonstrations, product shipments, installations and in services alongside the Clinical Specialist
  • Developing and executing strategy for retaining current client base ensuring customer satisfaction throughout full lifecycle of equipment
  • Executing strategy to grow business by capturing new clientele and expanding current business
  • Providing Market Leader real time territory and opportunity info utilizing SFDC
  • Forecasting accurately weekly, monthly and quarterly
  • Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales and revenue quotas

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Healthcare Capital Sales or the GEHC Commercial Leadership Program (CLP)
  • Strong strategic sales skills with proven history of success
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • General Imaging Ultrasound sales experience
  • Knowledge of the healthcare market
  • Experience selling direct while also collaborating with distributors
  • Ultrasound clinical knowledge
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills
