About the role

  • Grow revenue across Service Contracts, Non-Contract services, Spare Parts, and Service and Accessories across London
  • Develop and execute territory plans to drive portfolio growth
  • Engage NHS and independent providers to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Act as the primary contact for service-related inquiries and build strong relationships with clinical, technical, and departmental decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to installation sign-off
  • Collaborate with biomedical teams to drive out-of-contract sales and use total cost of ownership and clinical evidence to support sales
  • Deliver post-sales clinical training with documented records and maintain training documentation
  • Work cross-functionally to support customer outcomes, contribute to pricing discussions and strategic planning
  • Own and manage end-to-end clinical and technical product evaluations and present total solution proposals
  • Provide ongoing support to the installed base to grow satisfaction and loyalty and manage strategic customer/KOL relationships

Requirements

  • Background in EBME, Medical Engineering, Clinical Sales, or similar healthcare/technical field
  • Proven track record in healthcare sales (service, consumables, capital equipment)
  • Familiarity with NHS procurement and independent sector dynamics
  • Proficient in Salesforce and CRM systems
  • Strong product demonstration and customer engagement skills
  • Ability to manage large territories effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office and other IT tools
  • Proactive and customer-centric mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and territory prioritization skills
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Positive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude and team-oriented
