About the role

  • Serve as a key business partner to the Probes & Emerging Technology finance and operating teams.
  • Manage dedicated reporting activities including data collection and understanding key drivers versus budget.
  • Support the annual budgeting and 3-year long-term strategy and financial plan.
  • Partner with product leadership team to prioritize R&D projects and manage spend.
  • Collaborate with Operations to create and deliver annual variable cost productivity target and support annual costing process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Significant operating finance experience and rigor.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority and high-visibility deliverables.
  • Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, Business Objects, PBI), strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (e.g., pivot tables, VLookup, Macros).
  • Adaptable/Flexible: open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or working in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong critical thinking and ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment.
