About the role
- Serve as a key business partner to the Probes & Emerging Technology finance and operating teams.
- Manage dedicated reporting activities including data collection and understanding key drivers versus budget.
- Support the annual budgeting and 3-year long-term strategy and financial plan.
- Partner with product leadership team to prioritize R&D projects and manage spend.
- Collaborate with Operations to create and deliver annual variable cost productivity target and support annual costing process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Significant operating finance experience and rigor.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority and high-visibility deliverables.
- Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, Business Objects, PBI), strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (e.g., pivot tables, VLookup, Macros).
- Adaptable/Flexible: open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or working in ambiguous situations.
- Strong critical thinking and ability to challenge the status quo.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment.
