About the role
- Perform technical service for maintenance and installation, resolving complex, multi-symptom issues on diagnostic imaging equipment
- Interact daily with physicians and technicians to address equipment status issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Support team training as needed by sharing technical knowledge
- Identify commercial opportunities, provide technical support, and maintain effective communication with the sales team
- Ensure preparation and completion of service order and calibration reports
- Ensure compliance with quality programs and systems, following GE Service Quality Policies and EHS standards.
Requirements
- Technical or university degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical)
- Technical English with intermediate conversational level
- Availability to travel
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in maintenance of hospital equipment, especially Diagnostic Imaging
- Familiarity with Quality Management practices and methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma, among others.
