About the role
- Responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.
- Responsible for overseeing the project and direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources for small-medium sized projects.
- Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development.
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in scope of site planning
- Customer oriented
- Leadership skills and commitment to quality
- Technical background: knowledge in electricity/mechanics/physics/civil works/ building trade/ engineering
- Project Management skills
- Good knowledge of GE Healthcare equipment business and local regulations for medical equipment
- Problem solving expertise
- Fluent in English
- Healthcare business understanding
- Knowledge of social and local regulations, EHS rules, transportation and logistics.
