About the role

  • Manage and develop the regional market
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and realize new sales opportunities
  • Support projects from identification through to completion
  • Develop long-term, sustainable strategies that consider the entire product lifecycle
  • Ensure and increase revenue from existing customers
  • Manage a product throughout its entire lifecycle
  • Maintain ongoing communication with sales and service colleagues and international product managers
  • Regularly prepare potential analyses to inform commercial campaigns
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor analyses

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or university degree, preferably in the medical-technical and/or commercial field, or comparable qualification or equivalent experience/knowledge
  • Solid experience selling consultative, complex technical solutions in the healthcare market
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and enthusiasm for direct customer contact
  • Experience working within corporate structures
  • Knowledge of modern medical technology
  • Strong commercial/business acumen and a high interest in technical problem-solving and solutions
  • Strong team and communication skills and enjoyment of networking
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Residence in the region or willingness to relocate to the region
  • Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license
