About the role
- Manage and develop the regional market
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and realize new sales opportunities
- Support projects from identification through to completion
- Develop long-term, sustainable strategies that consider the entire product lifecycle
- Ensure and increase revenue from existing customers
- Manage a product throughout its entire lifecycle
- Maintain ongoing communication with sales and service colleagues and international product managers
- Regularly prepare potential analyses to inform commercial campaigns
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analyses
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or university degree, preferably in the medical-technical and/or commercial field, or comparable qualification or equivalent experience/knowledge
- Solid experience selling consultative, complex technical solutions in the healthcare market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and enthusiasm for direct customer contact
- Experience working within corporate structures
- Knowledge of modern medical technology
- Strong commercial/business acumen and a high interest in technical problem-solving and solutions
- Strong team and communication skills and enjoyment of networking
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Residence in the region or willingness to relocate to the region
- Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license
