Requirements
- significant experience in the Sourcing & Sourcing Management
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience – 8 years)
- Proven expertise in negotiation, with a strong track record of successfully negotiating contracts, SOW’s pricing, and terms with suppliers
- Demonstrated ability in navigating matrixed organizations
- Ability to develop and implement global sourcing strategies
- Expertise in developing complex RFx’s, should cost models, scorecards and award criteria
- Strong technical knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Ability to travel and communicate outside of typical work hours
