About the role

  • The Vice President Clinical Applications for Imaging will lead the Imaging Clinical Application teams. This individual will be an inclusive leader who communicates effectively and works cross-functionally, across the Region Sales and Product Segment teams in the U.S. to build a culture of teamwork and results.\n
  • The VP will possess strength in leading, coaching, and managing diverse remote teams. This role will be responsible for driving standard processes and key performance metrics that enable growth, customer delivery excellence, and team motivation.\n
  • The role has opportunities to design and provide inputs on future strategy for GE HealthCare’s U.S. Clinical Education. The VP will drive business value with customers and best practices on Customer success management.\n

  • Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Build long term strategic partnerships with the Regions, Markets, Segments and Account Communities. Ensure field clinical applications teams and people leaders maintain and grow depth and breadth of product and clinical expertise and knowledge in their assigned sub-segment including staying current on NPI3s (New Product Introductions). Advance the culture of belonging, inclusiveness, and people development, to reduce attrition, and create organizational stability. Execute business initiatives to trigger growth for the business. Meet or exceed all PL financial, employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction performance metrics, as well as sales win-rate. Manage customer and employee escalations with speed and appropriate communications with key stakeholders. Ensure a quality mindset within the team, maintaining or implementing processes as part of the Quality Management System. Drive change management in an effective way employing LEAN, to allow for continual evolution with the Clinical Applications team towards short and long-term vision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor3s degree level and 10+ years’ experience in Operations/Program Management in customer facing roles in progressive leadership positions within the Healthcare industry with in-depth knowledge of healthcare market and decision makers\n
  • 5+ years’ experience directly leading teams\n
  • Strong knowledge of GEHC and knowledge of Imaging products and services offered within the business\n
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
