About the role

  • Define and execute a scalable analytics strategy that delivers actionable insights to sales, marketing and finance leadership as well as field teams to clearly frame trends, insights, and understanding the ‘why’ underneath the headlines.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team, balancing mentorship with hands-on execution.
  • Lead the design and development of Power BI dashboards that track current and historical performance across GTM functions: pipeline, contracts performance, renewal rates, seller productivity, and customer performance.
  • Create data enabled scenario modeling to support opportunity scoring, capacity planning, territory optimization, and quota setting.
  • Apply data-science techniques and explore AI capabilities to enhance segmentation, forecasting, and enablement.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform sales, finance and marketing leadership and guide revenue-generating decisions.
  • Creatively bring together data across functions and leading and lagging insights to curate analysis that uncovers trends, highlights performance drivers and shapes how we make decisions rooted in a data driven structure.
  • Partner cross functionally to create, define and refine KPIs, ensuring alignment on metrics
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders from across functions, surfacing trends, anomalies, and strategic opportunities through compelling data storytelling.
  • Present insights to key stakeholders, influencing planning, planning decisions, and long term strategies.
  • Champion analytics adoption and foster a culture of data-driven decision making across GTM teams through enablement and training on reporting tools and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data cleanliness, consistency, and scalability.
  • Driving initiatives and programs to optimize data and process structure where necessary.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on GTM data, metrics, and commercial insights

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations / Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics or a related field with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Deep expertise in Power BI and advanced Excel modeling
  • Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) is preferred including reporting, data structures, and integration points
  • Strong sales acumen and understanding of go-to-market motions with knowledge of sales processes, funnel dynamics, performance levers, and functional expertise around capacity planning, territory planning, quota setting and market opportunity assessment
  • A data-driven and sales-oriented mindset—you go beyond the data to uncover the story that is driving it
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment across functions.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills—able to build, mentor, and empower analytics teams while influencing key cross functional stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
