Perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on GE HealthCare X-ray medical equipment within hospitals or healthcare systems in Salt Lake City, UT
Maintain relationships with customers; ensure timely communication, resolution, and proper follow-up to drive customer satisfaction
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols to meet regulatory and compliance requirements
Ensure documentation of all work performed is captured, including ordering of parts
Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support as required
Requirements
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, or related OR equivalent military education OR participant in GEHC Biomed/FE Services Internship or Military Externship OR High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years servicing electronic equipment
Valid Driver's License
Ability to be available after-hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs; frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch, kneel, crawl, sit and stand for long periods; reach above/below shoulder level; good hand and finger dexterity
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols; ensure documentation of all work and ordering of parts
Must be able to pass a drug screen; some customers may require COVID-19 vaccination
