About the role
- Execution of large strategic programs
- Manage end to end of large, global strategy programs.
- Build strong relationships with senior executives/ teams, and influence change & transformation efforts.
- Define objectives, analytical frameworks, and execution roadmaps for strategic projects.
- Track and achieve financial goals, in collaboration with Finance.
- Drive process improvement and change management across departments.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, review internal documents, and analyze market trends.
- Identify root causes and develop strategic options.
- Prioritize options and develop storylines for recommendations.
- Design execution roadmaps and facilitate workshops.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Strategy, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or healthcare innovation.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in Med Tech, healthcare, or private equity-backed organizations preferred.
