About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Run the long-range forecast process for the overhaul shops
  • Drive alignment between product-line demand and overhaul-shop capacity
  • Work with product-line teams to understand long-term demand for internal Power by the Hour and Time & Material shop visits
  • Work with overhaul shops and offload providers to understand capacity and capability at each site
  • Match demand and capacity analyses to identify gaps
  • Identify options and drive alignment on solutions to capacity gaps
  • Shepherd deals through capital approval where needed
  • Lead program managers responsible for executing projects on time and on budget
  • Establish best practices for program management
  • Oversee the program management team executing large expansion projects in the network

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 5+ years of industrial manufacturing project management experience
  • Alternatively, a minimum high school diploma/GED with an additional 4+ years of industrial manufacturing project management experience
  • Proven experience managing complex facility expansion or new construction projects from planning through execution
  • Prior people management experience or demonstrated readiness to lead, develop, and support a team in a formal people leader role
  • Ability to set clear expectations and hold others accountable with fairness and respect
  • Ability to drive follow-through and high standards with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures, regions, and diverse perspectives
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
  • May be subject to random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing
