About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Run the long-range forecast process for the overhaul shops
Drive alignment between product-line demand and overhaul-shop capacity
Work with product-line teams to understand long-term demand for internal Power by the Hour and Time & Material shop visits
Work with overhaul shops and offload providers to understand capacity and capability at each site
Match demand and capacity analyses to identify gaps
Identify options and drive alignment on solutions to capacity gaps
Shepherd deals through capital approval where needed
Lead program managers responsible for executing projects on time and on budget
Establish best practices for program management
Oversee the program management team executing large expansion projects in the network

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 5+ years of industrial manufacturing project management experience
Alternatively, a minimum high school diploma/GED with an additional 4+ years of industrial manufacturing project management experience
Proven experience managing complex facility expansion or new construction projects from planning through execution
Prior people management experience or demonstrated readiness to lead, develop, and support a team in a formal people leader role
Ability to set clear expectations and hold others accountable with fairness and respect
Ability to drive follow-through and high standards with strong attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures, regions, and diverse perspectives
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
May be subject to random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing
