About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production operations related to manufacturing turbine airfoil products
- Maintain and operate manufacturing machinery using established procedures, work instructions, schematics, and approved documentation
- Practice safe work habits
- Identify problems and constraints that prevent performance of duties and responsibilities
- Work assigned shifts, including second or third shift
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend verbal and written work instructions, including technical materials
- Ability to lift or move material up to 20 pounds
- Ability to work with hazardous materials if required
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic functions
- Must abide by company rules, policies, and procedures
- Teamwork skills
- Ability to identify problems and constraints affecting job performance
- Must be at least 18 years old by joining
- Proficiency using a personal computer to navigate online documents, drawings, and instructions
- 3 to 5 years of industry or similarly related job experience desired
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must prove status as a U.S. Person for access to U.S. export-controlled information
- Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
- May be subject to random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing
