About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and manage the Cyber Services strategy, service catalog, SLAs, and KPIs
  • Execute service roadmaps to bring consistency and scalability to global cyber operations
  • Embed security into SDLC and DevSecOps practices, including secure coding, SAST/DAST, threat modeling, and secure design reviews
  • Partner with product and engineering leaders to shift security left and reduce vulnerabilities and remediation time
  • Own endpoint and collaboration security across laptops, mobile, VDI, collaboration platforms, EDR/XDR, and patching
  • Lead network security, application security operations, cloud security controls, and Zero Trust architecture
  • Partner with infrastructure and cloud teams to secure connectivity across on-premises and cloud environments
  • Establish processes for service health, incident response handoffs, and change management
  • Own service and risk metrics and drive continuous improvement using lean/FLIGHT DECK principles
  • Lead direct reports and regional specialists
  • Build a high-performing, diverse team and a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with 12+ years of professional experience in IT, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, or related technical fields; OR associate degree with 15+ years; OR high school diploma/GED with 17+ years
  • 9+ years in Cyber Operations, Infrastructure/Security Engineering, or Security Service Delivery in large, complex organizations
  • 7+ years as a People Leader, including leadership of global or multi-location teams of senior professionals/managers
  • US Citizenship required
  • Ability to meet U.S. Person status requirements for access to U.S. export-controlled information
  • Ability to work legally in the United States
  • Deep expertise in secure development, endpoint security, collaboration security, network and cloud security, and Zero Trust architectures
  • Experience defining and operating service catalogs, SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs for cyber or infrastructure services at enterprise scale
  • Background in highly regulated, mission-critical industries such as aerospace, defense, or critical infrastructure
  • Proven track record transforming and standardizing cyber/infrastructure services globally
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including independent budget management and investment tradeoffs
  • Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders on cyber risk and service strategy
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
  • Subject to random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing
