Bookkeeper

• Supports US and Canada Payroll and Time & Attendance and ensures quality delivery
• Manages payroll queries from employees, managers and HRMs, vendors, internal & external partners, and government agencies
• Correctly administrates pay and time processes
• Manages service delivery metrics in relation to outsourced payroll and internal processes
• Ensures pay and time processes support SOX and operational controls
• Drives the management of documentation and communication of payroll programs, policies, and procedures
• Supports the payroll process in conjunction with third party providers
• Ensures appropriate definition of payroll schedules, reconciliations, special processing planning, and documentation of business and local requirements
• Monitors for regulatory and local practice changes in labor law which may affect pay and time processes
• Manage pay related employee escalations with care and consideration for the employee impact
