About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support execution of high-priority and quick-turnaround requests across the AI HK portfolio
Coordinate program activities for key AI initiatives, including support for rollout and adoption efforts
Identify gaps, open actions, dependencies, and execution risks across AI HK initiatives and help drive them to closure
Track milestones, deliverables, decisions, and action items to ensure timely progress and follow-up
Provide support for budget planning, tracking, and reporting
Draft, coordinate, and manage AI HK communications, leadership updates, and stakeholder messaging

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 8 years OR High School Diploma with minimum of 10 years of professional experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in program management, project management, business operations, or initiative coordination
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Experience supporting AI, digital, technology, or transformation initiatives preferred
Familiarity with Daily & Visual Management to track targets versus results
Experience applying structured Problem Solving
