About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support execution of high-priority and quick-turnaround requests across the AI HK portfolio
  • Coordinate program activities for key AI initiatives, including support for rollout and adoption efforts
  • Identify gaps, open actions, dependencies, and execution risks across AI HK initiatives and help drive them to closure
  • Track milestones, deliverables, decisions, and action items to ensure timely progress and follow-up
  • Provide support for budget planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Draft, coordinate, and manage AI HK communications, leadership updates, and stakeholder messaging

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 8 years OR High School Diploma with minimum of 10 years of professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in program management, project management, business operations, or initiative coordination
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Experience supporting AI, digital, technology, or transformation initiatives preferred
  • Familiarity with Daily & Visual Management to track targets versus results
  • Experience applying structured Problem Solving
